CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy requires notification of 14 days prior to arrival date, and 21 days on a Holiday or Peak weekend for a deposit refund, less a $50 per room cancellation fee. Cancellations recieved less than the time allowed will result in a forfeiture of the entire deposit. Three night Holiday or Peak Weekends require a two night advance deposit, per room.
