CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy requires notification of 7 days prior to arrival date for a deposit refund, less a $50 per room cancellation fee. Cancellations recieved less than the time allowed will result in a forfeiture of half of the entire deposit. Three night Holiday or Peak Weekends require a two night advance deposit, per room.
